Experienced insolvency lawyer Natalie Nattress joins LCF Law's specialist division, enhancing their renowned service and expertise
LCF Law, based in Leeds city centre, has recently expanded its esteemed insolvency division by appointing Natalie Nattress as a Partner. Nattress brings over 22 years of extensive experience in the insolvency field, having previously worked at Knights.
Throughout her career, Nattress has navigated diverse business recovery situations, handling investigations in bankruptcy and liquidation estates. Her current focus revolves around contentious insolvencies and managing deceased insolvent estates, involving the pursuit and recovery of assets for financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, and individuals.
Joining forces with existing partners Jo Barnes and Wayne Parker, Nattress will collaborate with a team of four lawyers dedicated to managing various corporate and personal insolvency cases. The division specializes in company restructures, turnarounds, administrations, voluntary arrangements (IVAs and CVAs), winding-up petitions, and statutory demands.
