Nicholas Coddington joins Wolf Theiss, enhancing Banking & Finance expertise across Austria and the CEE/SEE region

Wolf Theiss, has announced the appointment of Nicholas Coddington as a new Partner in the Banking & Finance division. Mr. Coddington, a former member of the prestigious Magic Circle, will assume his role in the firm's Vienna office starting mid-February. With a decade of experience in Magic Circle and other international law firms, he served as Partner and Head of the Central European Banking and Finance Group in his most recent position.

Coddington brings extensive expertise in navigating complex corporate and project finance transactions, with a specific focus on energy, green & sustainable, infrastructure, and real estate finance. Holding a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Sheffield Hallam University, he is admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales and the Republic of Ireland. His multilingual proficiency in English and Polish further strengthens his ability to handle diverse legal challenges across the CEE/SEE region.
