International law firm Withers has enhanced its corporate capabilities in Milan with the addition of experienced corporate partner Guido Galeotti
Joining from Eversheds Sutherland, where he co-headed the Italian Corporate team and led the Environmental and Natural Resources department, Galeotti brings over two decades of expertise to Withers. He is accompanied by his associate team, Diletta Del Pisso and Giusy Cardinale.
Guido Galeotti's extensive background spans more than 20 years, representing clients in various sectors, including chemical, industrial, pharmaceutical/medical devices, oil, and renewable energy. His focus lies in acquisitions, mergers, and group reorganisations, with a particular emphasis on assisting family-owned businesses.
Recognised as an environmental law expert, Galeotti is a sought-after speaker at conferences addressing M&A transactions, environmental issues, and sustainability. He also lectures on environmental law at the University of Bergamo and holds a master's in international trade law from Oxford University.
