Gary Leung, a Solicitor Advocate with a specialization in intricate commercial, financial, and insolvency litigation, as well as contentious regulatory matters, joins Withers' Hong Kong litigation and arbitration team from Kobre & Kim. With prior experience as a barrister, Gary has a notable history of appearances in Hong Kong's courts and arbitral tribunals, making him a valuable asset to the team.

Simultaneously, the elevation of Alex Ye to Special Counsel within the Hong Kong office is a testament to his expertise in international arbitration.
