WFW enhances Asia Pacific dispute resolution offering with new partner hire

Qualified in England & Wales, Andrew has extensive experience advising on complex commercial disputes with a particular focus on international arbitration and multi-jurisdiction investigations. His other areas of expertise include the construction, infrastructure, financial investment and pharmaceuticals sectors and he also advises on compliance with anti-bribery regimes and ESG commitments.

Andrew began his career in the UK and has since worked in Dubai, Tokyo and Seoul. He frequently acts for Japanese and Korean clients and for international clients who have a dispute or investigation with a Japanese or Korean nexus. He has represented clients in international arbitrations in the DIAC, HKIAC, ICC, JCAA, LCIA and SIAC, and has advised on ad hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL rules.

He is our third senior disputes hire there in the past two months following on from new Partner Boon Tat Yeo and Consultant Guy Hardaker”.
