Having served as a Board Director for four years and leading the Reading office since 2010, Wisener is recognized as one of the UK's top employment lawyers. Her extensive experience spans over two decades, focusing on whistleblowing, discrimination, and delivering tailored training on various legal aspects affecting workplaces.
Prior to her legal career, Wisener served as an Army Officer, specializing in human resources and change management. Expressing her enthusiasm for the new role, she conveyed her pride in succeeding Peter Doyle, Doyle Clayton's previous CEO.
Under her leadership, the firm aims to continue its upward trajectory. Doyle Clayton has experienced substantial growth, averaging a 17% annual increase in revenue over the past three years and expanding its workforce by 49% since 2018. To bolster future ambitions, the firm plans strategic investments and infrastructure enhancements. Abby Winkworth is set to join as the Chief Operating Officer, bringing substantial experience from JMW and other professional services.
