Thrive Law bolsters core team

Leeds-based Thrive Law has expanded its core team with two new appointments.
The appointments of Millie Creber, as Executive Assistant to Founder and Managing Partner Jodie Hill, and Mark Dugdale, as the law firm’s first Marketing Manager, are designed to help Thrive Law on its journey as it approaches six years in operation.
Launched in 2018, the award-winning law firm provides HR and employment law services to employers and employees. A focus on ED&I, mental health, wellbeing and neurodiversity underpins its mission to ensure everyone can thrive in the workplace.
Millie has supported C-suite executives for more than 10 years and will bring this extensive experience to bear in organising Jodie and the wider team, while helping them focus on a growing list of employer and employee clients, both in Yorkshire and nationally.
With significant professional experience under her belt, Millie spent the last year realising her dream of travelling around Southeast Asia. She relocated from her home in Surrey to Yorkshire on her return.
For Millie, a particular attraction of the role was the opportunity to work for a business that is making a real difference to others, especially in ED&I, mental health and wellbeing.
Mark, Thrive’s new Marketing Manager, is a journalist, copywriter and marketer who has been working in and writing about the legal sector since 2009.
With in-depth experience of journalism focused on the law, as well as many of the sector’s conferences and awards, Mark is uniquely placed to manage and focus Thrive’s marketing strategy in a way that will support the firm’s continued growth.
Mark is thrilled to be working for a business that is heavily focused on its people and practices progressive values.
Commenting on the new appointments at Thrive, Jodie said: “I’m thrilled that Millie and Mark have joined us at Thrive.
“The appointment of two non-fee earners is a big deal for us. Their support will take us to the next level while freeing up some of the team to take on more work and responsibility.”
Jodie added: “When selecting people for these roles, it was vital that they aligned with our values. Millie and Mark are excellent fits and have hit the ground running. We can’t wait to see what they help us achieve.”
