SUPER FRAUD

By Nicola Laver
A solicitor who was jailed for involvement in the UK's biggest ever tax fraud has been ordered to repay £3m from his illegally accumulated funds or face a further nine years in prison. Rodney Whiston-Dew received a 10-year sentence in November 2017 after being convicted of conspiracy to cheat the public revenue and acting with intent to prejudice or defraud HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
