STRUCK OFF

Nato Zondagh, a former law firm director, has been struck off after £175,000 of client money was found to be missing following the closure of his firm, Excelsior Solicitors in October 2018. The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found that Zondagh, 46, misappropriated the client money meant for a deposit on an investment property and the payment of Land Registry fees and stamp duty land tax. Affected clients were recompensed through the compensation fund. He was also ordered to pay £22,200 in costs.
