Shoosmiths Brussels office

Shoosmiths has opened an office in Brussels – its first outside the UK. The firm has recruited Kiran Desai, former EU competition law leader at EY Law Belgium and before that, managing partner of Mayer Brown’s Brussels office, to head the office and meet growing demand for EU competition, regulatory and trade law advice. Simon Boss, Shoosmiths’ CEO, said: “The opening of a Brussels office meets our commitment to being able to advise clients, both national and international, on all aspects of law relevant to the UK”.
