Seddons strengthens family team

West End law firm Seddons is thrilled to announce the newest addition to its Family team, with the appointment of experienced Partner, David Thompson. David's wealth of expertise in family law, spanning over 20 years, is poised to enhance the firm's capabilities in providing comprehensive advice and representation on a wide range of family law matters.

David Thompson joins Seddons from JMW Solicitors, where he served as a Partner for three years. Prior to this, he spent three years as a Partner at BDB Pitmans and had a remarkable 16-year tenure at Charles Russell Speechlys, concluding as a Partner in 2018.

David Thompson brings a multifaceted skill set to the Family team, specializing in financial work and aspects of childcare, including custody and adoption. He is not only a qualified mediator but also a collaborative lawyer, showcasing his commitment to alternative dispute resolution methods. David served as the Chair of the London region of Resolution from 2015 to 2021, highlighting his dedication to a non-confrontational approach in resolving family law issues. Resolution is a community of lawyers focused on achieving amicable solutions to family disputes.

David's international experience is another asset, having worked on cases in jurisdictions such as the US, UAE, France, Germany, and India. His global perspective and diverse background align well with Seddons' commitment to providing comprehensive legal services.
