PI TIMEBOMB

A Northern Ireland solicitor has recorded a YouTube video lamenting the state of conveyancing. Looking rather dishevelled and admitting he and his team are 'exhausted', Philip Armstrong took to the online platform to articulate his concerns for the overworked conveyancing industry. 'As a business owner, I am embarrassed to see how tired they are and how stressed they are', he said of his staff, while adding 'It is abundantly clear we are sitting on a PI timebomb because of how busy we are now.' 27 October 2020
