Partner Appointment at Bryan Cave

International law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) is pleased to welcome Vishal Mawkin as a partner in the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team of the Corporate and Finance Transactions practice group
Vishal joins BCLP from Norton Rose Fulbright, where he was counsel in its London DCM team. Vishal’s practice focuses on representing issuers and underwriters across a broad range of sectors on English and New York law governed cross-border debt financings, including straight Reg S/Rule 144A offerings, EMTN programmes, high-yield debt offerings, project financings, green and sustainable financings, and financial restructuring transactions.
Vishal is recognised by The Legal 500 UK and the International Financial Law Review as a 'Rising Star', and he is also ranked by Chambers and Partners UK.
Vishal is the latest hire to the London Corporate and Finance Transactions group, following the appointment of leading DCM practitioner David Dunnigan as a senior consultant earlier this year.
