Pinsent Masons advises Norland Equity Partners in their acquisition of The Combined Services Provider
The Combined Services Provider Limited (CSP), a company based in Watford specializing in traffic management, parking, and security services for event venues, has been acquired by Norland Equity Partners. This acquisition, backed by Shawbrook, aims to bolster CSP's growth and service coverage across the UK.
CSP has earned a notable reputation, serving event venues with traffic management, security, stewarding, car parking, and hostile vehicle mitigation services. The business initially gained traction by managing Wembley Stadium's car park, amassing an impressive client base over time.
Under Norland Equity Partners' leadership, Ola Lawal, NEP's Managing Partner, joins the CSP leadership team. Former CSP Chairman Dave Butler remains onboard as a Non-Executive Director to facilitate the transition, while Tony Nikolic, former Managing Director, supports the company as a board advisor. Alan Neill, the current Director of Operations, steps up as interim Chief Operating Officer.
The acquisition deal involves a commercial loan aiding the acquisition and a working capital facility supporting future business growth. Shawbrook's involvement stemmed from NEP's recommendation due to Shawbrook's expertise in funding search fund acquisitions and providing flexible terms combining acquisition funding and ongoing working capital.
