National Will Register

The National Will Register has launched a new online platform providing will search and registration services. The National Will Register’s service has evolved following its acquisition by software provider, Advanced, last year. The National Will Register is the UK’s only provider of will registration and certainty will search service with over 9.4m wills registered – approximately 48 per cent of all UK wills. In 2020, 20 per cent of estates searched against had an unknown will attached to them.
