Mishcon 'strategic combination'

Mishcon de Reya (MDR) has announced a “strategic combination” with Cambridge-based Taylor Vinters. Tech specialists Taylor Vinters will rebrand as MDR Taylor Vinters and “offer legal and consultancy services to innovators and entrepreneurs”. The two firms will remain separate entities, though intend to “ultimately” operate within the same group, which suggests following its planned IPO, MDR may acquire Taylor Vinters. MDR executive chairperson, Kevin Gold, said the arrangement was “the culmination of years of thinking about how best to develop our business in the innovation space”.
