MENOPAUSE AWARENESS

By Nicola Laver
The Law Society has called for more openness around the menopause, publishing guidance to mark Menopause Awareness Month. President Simon Davis said it is often a taboo subject and 'it is high time to normalise discussions around menopause in the workplace'. Davis added: 'We must ensure that the next generation of women does not leave the legal profession because they feel unsupported in managing their menopause symptoms at work.' 1 September 2020
