A recent Law Society event looking at the menopause in the profession found that a number of women are concerned by their ability to keep up with billing targets while experiencing menopause symptoms. Menopause training specialist Deborah Garlick urged fims to train line managers. 'They need to understand why we're talking about this, what it is, and some of the triggers, to make sure the woman is getting the right support.
