Lodders Solicitors seeks to expand workforce

West Midlands-based Lodders is aiming to grow its workforce by more than 25 per cent. Managing partner, Paul Mourton, said the firm had an “incredible” year, despite the pandemic. “To maintain… momentum… the firm needs to recruit at least 40 new people across our regional network by the end of 2022”.
