Nicholas Buckland, a member of the Dispute Resolution team, specialises in Intellectual Property Disputes, with a particular focus on protection, exploitation, and enforcement of intellectual property rights. His proficiency in Mandarin and experience working in China uniquely position him to advise clients on international matters.
Benjamin Favaro, a data protection lawyer, leads the Data, Privacy & Cyber team, providing comprehensive advice on UK and EU data privacy compliance. His background in employment law and previous role as privacy counsel at Deliveroo underscore his expertise in workplace privacy issues.
