More than 400 teams from across the legal community, including the judiciary and universities, will take part in this year’s Legal Walks which start on 21 June. The 5-10k ‘walks for justice’ are to raise funds for specialist free legal advice charities in the UK, which have been impacted by the pandemic. The events raised more than £1m in 2019 but most events were cancelled last year because of covid-19. The events are organised by the Access to Justice Foundation and the London Legal Support Trust.
