Knowledge workers

Fewer than a quarter of businesses adequately support knowledge workers, according to legaltech firm iManage. More than 1,000 workers were surveyed, including nearly 38 per cent in the legal sector. Among the findings, 30 per cent of respondents said documents reach their organisation via at least five channels. Less than 40 per cent said their departments used automation technologies when working with important digital documents or files. Most agreed that optimising their tools to support knowledge work will be key to helping their organisation reach its goals
