Kennedys enhances its commercial disputes offering by appointing Samson Spanier as partner in London

His background encompasses high-value, cross-border work that includes share purchase agreements, sale of goods, and court insolvency processes such as liquidations and restructurings. Recognised in the Legal 500 UK 2026 for “always having one last creative solution up his sleeve,” Samson transitions to Kennedys from Norton Rose Fulbright and will work from the firm’s London office.
