Kate, a Partner in the Family team since 2021, joined the firm in 2014. Assisting her in this pivotal role is Claire Yorke, who takes on the role of Finance Partner for the team. Both Kate and Claire represent the emerging leadership generation at the firm, showcasing substantial experience and a pragmatic leadership approach.
Kate Clark specializes in handling high net worth divorces and possesses comprehensive proficiency in various facets of family law, particularly focusing on high-value financial disputes. Her work often revolves around intricate offshore structures, trusts, and business interests. Beyond her broad expertise, Kate leads the firm's high conflict complex children law group, demonstrating a particular interest in high-stakes children cases. She also provides counsel on pre- and post-marital agreements, as well as cohabitation agreements.
