With a decade of legal expertise, Sarah has a comprehensive background in non-contentious agricultural and rural land and property matters.
Her advisory scope covers landowners, farmers, landed estates, individuals, companies, trusts, and farm businesses. Based in Irwin Mitchell's Birmingham office, Sarah holds a national remit, contributing to the firm's Rural Business and Estates Team led by partner James Pavey. The team serves landed estates, trustees, institutional landowners, and private homeowners, handling a range of matters from tax planning to development land, planning, environmental issues, and specialist litigation for rural landowners.
James Pavey, Head of Rural Business and Estates, expresses his delight at Sarah's appointment, emphasizing her significant experience in rural property across agricultural, residential, and commercial domains. Sarah's addition to the team strengthens national coverage, positioning Irwin Mitchell to effectively support landowners and rural business clients in navigating the challenges of the next decade.
