The move follows the recent expansion of the firm's London premises and strategic hires, including corporate partner Andrew Hoad, commercial property partner Rajan Shori, and head of sport Mark Loosemore.
Hugh James, with over 700 staff across its headquarters in Cardiff and offices in London, Manchester, Southampton, and Plymouth, continues its 'hybrid-working' model. This model allows staff to balance remote and in-office work, promoting flexibility while maintaining collaborative office interactions.
Claire Tait, speaking about her new role, expressed enthusiasm for leading a dynamic team in London. She aims to create a legal support service that empowers business decision-makers and HR professionals with both practical people skills and legal knowledge.
