Welsh-headquartered firm Hugh James has acquired Potter Rees Dolan, a north-west based personal injury and clinical negligence specialist. The firm has annual revenues of around £7m and employs more than 65 staff, including 9 partners. Combined, the expanded firm will have 83 partners and 400 fee-earners.
