Howard Kennedy Adds Banking Expertise with the Return of Hannah Place
London law firm Howard Kennedy announced the return of Hannah Place as a Partner in the Banking team
Hannah has extensive experience in the real estate market. Her practice focuses on advising lenders and borrowers on a variety of real estate finance and banking transactions across a broad range of mandates. It includes acting for banks, institutional lenders, bridging lenders, and borrowers on syndicated and bilateral facilities (both domestic and cross-border), as well as working with the insolvency team on security enforcement, restructuring and insolvency transactions.
Hannah has a broad range of experience accumulated through various roles in private practice and in-house including at a private bank, an institutional lender, and an alternative lender. Four and a half of her twelve years in private practice were spent at Howard Kennedy.
