Kate Oliver brings extensive expertise to HCR, particularly in areas such as health and safety law, environmental prosecutions, sports law, and white-collar crime. Her diverse experience includes advising businesses and individuals across sectors such as development, waste management, manufacturing, and sports clubs.
Notably, Kate's proficiency extends to criminal defence, encompassing representation in police stations and courts, as well as assisting individuals and corporates facing driving convictions. She also advises on matters related to Care Quality Commission (CQC) challenges, inquests, food safety, and private prison law.
