Parmjit Gill, bringing over two decades of expertise to the role, has an extensive background in leading national legal teams. She is well-versed in the full spectrum of commercial property law, with a focus on advising clients in commercial and residential contexts. Parmjit has handled diverse deals ranging from £3m to £300m and has garnered experience from positions at Eversheds, Roythorne Solicitors, SevenCapital, and Crosslane Property Group.

Sarah Fecitt, with more than 15 years of post-qualification experience, specialises in commercial real estate. Her wealth of experience includes transactions between tenants and landlords, refinancing, auctions, acquisitions, portfolio management, and development. She has previously worked at esteemed law firms like Birketts LLP and Weightmans LLP, as well as with The Emerson Group, a major UK property investment and development company.
