Survey reveals that large UK organisations are concerned about publishing their gender pay gap
The latest gender pay gap survey carried out online by Bond Dickinson LLP. Respondents were 76 UK based organisations across a multitude of industries. The majority of respondents (54 per cent) described themselves as management, 20 per cent are directors, and the remainder work in other functions such as legal or finance.
