Reports are compliant with Law Society Guidance and give expert advice

Future Climate Info has launched a brand new and innovative suite of environmental reports, analysing data in the categories of environmental (including contaminated land), flood, ground stability and energy and infrastructure. They are divided into three products: essential, standard and premium.

The products analyse a combination of data categories and includes standardised data to ensure that each group provides a consistent response for each report. Not only do these reports assist with best practice due diligence but they are also compliant with Law Society Guidance in screening for environmental and
flood issues.

Future Climate Info reports analyse comprehensive data which is simply summarised, making the reports concise and easy to read. Using a new dynamic professional opinion, the reports give expert advice and solutions across all categories of the reports – not just contaminated land.

Simply choose the report you need to include the data categories you require:

  • Essential contains full data on flood and environmental risks (including contaminated land), – designed for compliance with the latest Law Society Practice Notes and Guidance.
  • Standard contains the same modules as the essential report and adds full ground stability data (such as sinkholes and mining). It is designed for common practice in environmental due diligence.
  • Premium contains the same modules as the standard report and adds full energy and infrastructure data (such as fracking and HS2).

Geoff Offen, managing director of Future Climate Info said: “We are pleased to be introducing a new breed of environmental reports that focus on driving efficiencies. We have taken a fresh approach to how the data is analysed and have ensured that the professional opinion covers all data categories contained in the reports.

“This has resulted in a simple yet comprehensive suite of products that are easy to understand, that analyse all relevant data and only report the relevant risks, providing outputs that are routinely only five pages in length.”

Future Climate Info has teamed up with Conveyancing Liability Solutions Ltd (CLS) to make these products available to the conveyancing industry.

Speaking on the new product launch, Matt Le Breton, managing director of CLS commented: “CLS is delighted to have an exclusive partnership with Future Climate Info to distribute these products to market. The expertise of Future Climate Info has combined to produce an unparalleled suite of products that provide a long awaited, fresh approach in the form of a new generation of Environmental Reports.”
