Sam arrives at Foot Anstey armed with an impressive legal background, having spent 12 years at Travers Smith in the City before becoming part of Temple Bright in 2013 and spearheading the launch of their London office.
His expertise spans various commercial domains, ranging from franchising, agency, licensing, distribution, sponsorship, concession, supply chains, outsourcing, to hotel management arrangements.
Sam's forte lies in managing 'separation' exercises within corporate transactions, adeptly handling the drafting and negotiation of transitional services arrangements. His extensive experience also encompasses joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, strategic alliances, and tailor-made projects.
