With over 25 years of specialised experience, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge in employment law to her new role. She has a proven track record of guiding employer clients through various employment challenges, including intricate matters related to corporate transactions. Lisa's expertise encompasses advising on executive appointments and terminations, collective redundancies, changes to terms and conditions, discrimination issues, whistleblowing, and other employment claims.
Prior to joining Dorsey & Whitney, Lisa held partner positions at Lewis Silkin and Pinsent Masons, enhancing her proficiency across diverse sectors such as technology, financial services, media and telecoms, professional services, manufacturing, and recruitment.
