Disbarment upheld
A former Gibson Dunn partner has failed in his bid to appeal his disbarment
A former Gibson Dunn partner, struck off after he misled the High Court over a date error, has had the disbarment upheld after his appeal to overturn the decision was dismissed. The Administrative Court said there was “no reason” to doubt the ruling of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal’s decision to strike off Peter Gray after the High Court found Gray had deliberately misled the court when in an application for an order to freeze assets. Gray also appealed the £42,525 costs order made against him, which also failed.
