Research conducted by Today's Conveyancer has found that the number of jobs containing the term 'conveyancer' on the Indeed recruitment website have doubled since the end of July. The exponential growth follows an uptick in property transactions, and seems to reveal that the Stamp Duty holiday has proven a successful catalyst for the market. HMRC transactions data released this week appears to support this, revealing that August was 15% busier than July. 28 September 2020
