The Public Bill Committee is now accepting written submissions

The House of Commons Public Bill Committee launched a call for written evidence on the Data Protection and Digital Information (No.2) Bill on 18 April, requesting submissions from all relevant experts or those with a special interest in the Bill. The Committee is due to scrutinise the Bill, which is currently passing through Parliament, on a line-by-line basis and, as such, will consider views submitted in writing during the scrutiny process. The Committee is scheduled to report on the Bill by 13 June, so written evidence should be submitted as soon as possible.
