Clyde & Co announces merger with Boston-based firm

UK firm takes over Hermes Netburn O'Connor & Spearing

UK firm Clyde & Co has announced that it has expanded its presence in the USA through a merger with Boston-based firm Hermes Netburn O’Connor & Spearing. The team of 14 lawyers at Hermes Netburn firm focus on insurance coverage, surety and fidelity and civil litigation matters, particularly product liability, toxic torts and construction. Clyde & Co now has 15 offices in the USA, including recent additions in Phoenix, Denver and Las Vegas. The company has also recently expanded its footprint in Milan, Bangkok and Calgary.
