Civil justice statistics
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) release statistics on three key areas of civil and administrative justice
The statistics show the number of county court civil (non-family) cases that took place in England and Wales in April to June 2015; judicial review cases processed by the administrative court in England and Wales up to June 2015; and privacy injunction cases, dealt with by the High Court or Court of Appeal, for the six month period, January to June 2015.
