Lynette Wieland is also a champion for Neurodiversity In Law

Browne Jacobson lawyer, Lynette Wieland, has been appointed as a Law Society social mobility ambassador. The scheme promotes role models from non-traditional backgrounds. Wieland left school without A Levels, completed an apprenticeship, and applied to the Law Society’s Diversity Access Scheme. She secured an apprenticeship with Browne Jacobson, became a paralegal and then qualified as a lawyer. Lynette is also a champion for Neurodiversity In Law, which promotes and supports neurodiversity within the profession. Wieland, who has dyslexia, dyscalculia and Meares-Irlen Syndrome, took up the position earlier in the year.
