Brown Rudnick expands energy transition practice
The firm's new recruit will co-chair its Global Energy Transition Group
Brown Rudnick has appointed James Douglass as partner and co-chair of the firm’s Global Energy Transition Group. Brown Rudnick has one of the most active energy transition practices. Douglass has 34 years’ experience in private practice and his areas of focus include renewables, green hydrogen, corporate PPAs, battery storage, LNG and renewable gas. He has a wealth of experience advising on M&A, capital raising and project contracts and maintains a global practice having worked across the Europe, Asia, the US, the Middle East and Latin America.
