Lucy Doran, previously a Partner at Trowers & Hamlins in London, served as the lead legal adviser on diverse large-scale infrastructure projects. Her role included crucial responsibilities such as contract drafting, negotiation, and providing procurement counsel. With experience spanning sectors like health, local government, regeneration, housing, and education, Lucy has a robust track record advising public sector clients and their project stakeholders from inception to operation.
