Led by Nadeem Arshad, the Energy & Resource Management Group at Bevan Brittan has now grown to over 50 lawyers. The recent additions are a response to the escalating need for legal support within the UK's pursuit of sustainability across both public and private sectors.

Among the new recruits is Rob Williams, an accomplished Senior Associate based in Bristol, bringing over a decade of experience in advising private and public sector clients on non-contentious construction matters. His portfolio includes aiding commercial organizations in construction and energy sectors, working with lending institutions, local authorities, and previously serving as in-house legal counsel at the Welsh Assembly.

Joining Rob is Desiree Chong, an Associate in London with a background in infrastructure and projects. Desiree's expertise spans complex transport and renewable energy projects in Australia, advising various stakeholders from government bodies to developers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Completing the trio is Ricardo Johnson, formerly a Legal Counsel at G2 Energy, now serving as a Solicitor at Bevan Brittan. Ricardo brings hands-on experience in grid connection provision, adding depth to the firm's capabilities in the energy sector.

Nadeem Arshad emphasized the increasing significance of Net Zero projects across all organizational sectors and anticipates a continued surge in demand for guidance in various energy markets.
