The national law firm welcomes Faisal Dhalla, enhancing Independent Health & Care services, focusing on dentistry
National law firm Bevan Brittan continues its strategic growth with the addition of Faisal Dhalla, a highly experienced corporate and commercial Partner. The recruitment marks the sixth senior hire for the firm in 2024, showcasing its dedication to enhancing its team.
Faisal Dhalla will be based in Bevan Brittan's Leeds office, a location that recently celebrated the achievement of having over 100 colleagues. His primary focus within the Independent Health & Care team will be on the dental sector, bringing a wealth of knowledge accumulated over a remarkable career spanning almost 22 years.
With a diverse background, Faisal has provided counsel to both private and public sector organisations. His expertise extends to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, collaborations, commercial contracts, and banking and finance law. Notably, he specialises in advising shareholders on exits, with a focus on sales to large corporate groups.
His broad industry experience includes sectors such as health and social care, manufacturing, construction, engineering, and IT, with a particular emphasis on "buy and build" strategies. This aligns well with Bevan Brittan's commitment to offering comprehensive support to its clients.
Christian Hunt, a Partner and corporate specialist at Bevan Brittan’s Leeds office, expressed his enthusiasm about the new addition, stating, "Faisal is another high-quality addition to our team in Yorkshire, which supports clients across the North and the rest of the country. His experience will add yet more strength and depth to our team."
Vincent Buscemi, Partner and Head of Bevan Brittan’s Independent Health & Care team, highlighted Faisal's significant contributions to the health and social care sector. He emphasised the valuable expertise Faisal brings to the dental industry, enhancing the firm's ability to support clients in this specific area.
Bevan Brittan's strategic recruitment drive in 2024 has already seen five senior hires, including commercial health partner Lucy Doran in London and three additions to the Housing team. This proactive approach follows a successful 2023 for the firm, which marked its tenth consecutive year of growth with a revenue reaching £67.3 million.
As Bevan Brittan continues to strengthen its team and broaden its service offerings, Faisal Dhalla's appointment reinforces the firm's commitment to delivering top-tier legal services to clients in a dynamic and evolving business landscape.
