Ampa expansion
The addition of another firm has bolstered the growing legal and professional services group
Sussex law firm Mayo Wynne Baxter has joined legal and professional services group, Ampa. Existing members of the group include full-service law firm Shakespeare Martineau, claimant consumer specialists Lime Solicitors and debt and asset recovery specialists Corclaim, as well as property planning consultancy Marrons Planning and business consultancy, CSS Assure. The transition to the group is expected to complete by 1 May 2022. No money was exchanged in the merger, which will take Ampa to a turnover above £100m for 2022/23.
