Effective May 1, 2024, Ampa has admitted one individual to its equity membership and elevated three individuals to partner status.

Among the notable promotions is Simon Macklen, who becomes an equity member at Marrons. With over 27 years of experience, Macklen specialises in supporting commercial developers, landowners, and housebuilders in delivering socio-economic evidence crucial to development proposals.

Additionally, James Anderson, Paul Rooke, and Simon Hayden have been promoted to partner positions at Lime Solicitors, Mayo Wynne Baxter, and Shakespeare Martineau, respectively.

James Anderson manages Lime Solicitors' medical negligence team in Birmingham, handling a wide range of medical negligence claims, including catastrophic birth injuries and surgical errors.

Paul Rooke brings a wealth of expertise in litigation and dispute resolution, particularly in contentious property matters, to Mayo Wynne Baxter.

Simon Hayden, with over two decades of experience, focuses on property development work, representing various developers, landowners, and occupiers.

Furthermore, Shakespeare Martineau welcomes three new legal directors: Laura Taylor, Monica Ghai, and Stewart Argo. Laura specialises in construction law, while Monica practices in family law breakdowns, and Stewart advises on commercial contracts, IT, data protection, and transactional intellectual property.

At Lime Solicitors, Natalizia Capizzi and Alistair Spencer have been promoted to legal director positions, specialising in medical negligence and contentious trusts and probate, respectively.

Within the associate level promotions, Ampa brands recognise Reveka Athanasiadou, Danielle Humphries, Lisa Cox, Mohamed Patel, and Deeya Ray at Shakespeare Martineau, and Michelle Payne, Amanda Lee, and Kirsty Grimley at Mayo Wynne Baxter.

Marrons has also promoted Matthew Roe to principal planner, recognising his over eight years of experience in delivering sustainable development proposals.

Sarah Walker-Smith, CEO of Ampa, expressed her appreciation for the dedication and hard work of the promoted individuals, emphasising that rewarding high performance is an integral part of Ampa's culture.

As Ampa continues to grow and thrive, it remains committed to investing in its people and providing exceptional service to its clients across all its brands.
