Founded in 2020 by Nathan Vidini, AltraLaw stands out by channelling all its profits towards charitable causes chosen by its clients.
Caris Jones and Kira Gunter, former housemates during their Law studies at Swansea University, transitioned from Paralegals to fully Qualified Solicitors after over two years of training with AltraLaw. The firm, headquartered in Caerphilly, South Wales, now boasts a six-strong team of specialist Solicitors dedicated to employment and work-related legal advice.
Kira Gunter, 25, expressed her excitement about qualifying as a Solicitor and praised AltraLaw's unique position as the UK's first not-for-profit law firm. Caris Jones, 24, highlighted the appeal of AltraLaw's ethos, putting people before profits, and the invaluable experience gained while being supervised by Nathan Vidini, an esteemed specialist in Employment Law.
Nathan Vidini, with over 15 years as a leading employment solicitor, launched AltraLaw in 2020 to create a legal practice dedicated to making a positive impact. Since then, the firm has garnered awards, attracted like-minded lawyers, and expanded its Employment Team, now consisting of six Qualified Solicitors.
