AIIC Group, parent company of Taylor Rose MW, tops FT 1000 list as fastest-growing legal services firm in Europe
This achievement marks the second consecutive year AIIC Group has appeared in these rankings
The FT1000 ranking is based on the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) between 2019 and 2022. AIIC Group recorded an impressive CAGR of 66%, reporting annual revenues of £79.3 million in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022.
Ranked at 453 overall, AIIC stands among distinguished UK companies, including technology giants Darktrace and Matillion. Among the 1,000 companies listed, AIIC had the 63rd highest revenues in 2022, showcasing its ability to sustain growth despite achieving significant scale. Remarkably, only 12% of the list had revenues exceeding 50 million euros in 2022.
Taylor Rose MW, AIIC Group's largest firm, is an innovative top 60 UK law firm operating predominantly in England and Wales. With a primary focus on consumer law, it operates in various sectors, including property (conveyancing and re-mortgaging), private client, family, and criminal law markets.
A significant area of growth for the group is its consultancy division, boasting 746 consultant lawyers alongside its 618 employees. Last year, Taylor Rose MW expanded its footprint into the Australian legal services market by partnering with GTC Legal.
AIIC Group's investments include prop-tech platform SlothMove, consultant-based law firm KingsleyWood, and FDR Law. Positioned as a provider of technology-enabled consumer legal services, AIIC Group is actively reshaping the future landscape of legal services.
