Linklaters elects first female senior partner
Aedamar Comiskey set to take the role from July
Linklaters has elected Aedamar Comiskey (pictured) as its new senior partner, the firm’s first female to take the role. The London-based lawyer is global head of corporate. Comiskey’s five-year term will start in July when current senior partner, Charlie Jacobs, joins JPMorgan. Comiskey has been with the firm for almost 30 years. She commented: “I want Linklaters to stand out as the law firm with the best minds in the business from truly diverse backgrounds, contributing different perspectives to solve the complex challenges facing business and society today.”
