12KBW announce tragic loss of Richard Viney

12KBW has announced the sad loss of barrister Richard Viney, who tragically died in a cycling accident on 26 August. 12KBW described Richard as “a wonderfully gentle, kind, modest and selfless man with a brilliant mind and a big heart”. Richard was deputy head of chambers, as well as deputy district judge for the West Midlands and barrister member of the civil procedure rule committee.
